The food we eat is the nutritional fuel to run our bodies whether for growth, body maintenance, energy, or health. Equipped with the knowledge of why you need macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and fibre) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) you can better understand the link between diet and health.
